Pre-Production Planning
While small scale events can often be delivered with the minimum of fuss, medium to large events will definitely benefit from a strong planning process. Whether you are organising an event for the first time or are a seasoned event professional, our team can be on hand to guide you through the planning phase, ensuring that all equipment meets the brief, logistics are planned, services and personnel booked, paperwork completed and generally all aspects scrutinized for potential issues.
Project Management
For the larger projects, we will appoint you a project manager. They will be responsible for the delivery of your event and will ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Using a project manager has several advantages for our clients including:

- In depth understanding of the client and their specific event or project
- Attendance at meeting and site visits with all relevant parties
- Coordination of all external suppliers and services
